Return & Exchange Policy for Ditto Style
At Ditto Style, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on regularly priced items within 30 days of purchase. The items must be:
•Unworn,
•Unwashed,
•In original condition with tags attached.
•All returns must be in the original packaging.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
1.2 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

•Provide your order number, the reason for your return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
•We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
•Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your RAN.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
•Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
1.4 Refund Processing
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
•Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value or less, within 30 days of purchase. The items must be:
•Unworn,
•Unwashed,
•In original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
2.2 How to Exchange an Item
To exchange an item:

•Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the replacement item (subject to availability).
•We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and exchange instructions.
•Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional shipping cost.
2.3 Exchange Shipping Costs
•Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
•Shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Ditto Style.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
3.2 Return Shipping for Damaged Items
If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
•Sale items (unless defective or damaged).
•Custom or personalized items.
•Gift cards.
