Refund policy

At ditto style, every phone case is a handcrafted piece of 3D relief art, custom-made for your specific phone model. Because each case is individually produced, our return policy differs from mass-produced goods.


Important: Custom-Made Products

⚠️ All ditto style phone cases are custom-manufactured products. Each 3D relief case is printed and hand-painted specifically for the phone model you selected. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for quality-related issues.

Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, wrong model selected, doesn't fit your style) are not eligible for return or refund. Please double-check your phone model before ordering.


Quality Guarantee & Return Window

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand 14 days from delivery date
United Kingdom 14 days from delivery date
European Union 14 days from delivery date (statutory cooling-off period for defective goods)

Quality issues covered:

  • ✅ Manufacturing defects (e.g., relief peeling off, structural damage)
  • ✅ Item arrives damaged or broken
  • ✅ Wrong item or wrong phone model shipped
  • ✅ Significant difference from product photos/description

NOT covered:

  • ❌ Change of mind or personal preference
  • ❌ Wrong phone model selected by the customer
  • ❌ Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • ❌ Items returned without original packaging
  •  Gift cards and promotional/free items

How to Initiate a Return (Quality Issues)

  1. Contact us at hello@dittostyle.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the quality problem.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

💡 Tip: For quality-related returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. For any questions about whether your issue qualifies, contact us before shipping.


Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).
  • Please allow 3–7 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges (Quality Issues Only)

Received a defective item and want a replacement instead?

  1. Follow the same return process above.
  2. Specify in your email that you'd like an exchange (same design) or a replacement (different design).
  3. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the defective item — or immediately if you provide photos of the damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your phone case arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dittostyle.com.
  2. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you were notified that your refund was approved but haven't received it, please check your bank account first.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us and we'll trace the refund for you.
