All orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow:

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the tracking number to monitor your package on the carrier's website or through our Order Tracking page.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

💡 Note: For EU and UK customers, applicable taxes (VAT) may be collected at checkout through our IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration. This means no surprise charges at delivery for most orders.
"Delivered" but Package Not Received?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk.
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
- Wait 72 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before actual drop-off.
- If still not resolved, contact us at hello@dittostyle.com and we'll investigate.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at customs:
- We will notify you via email.
- You may choose to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping fees apply) or receive a refund (original shipping cost will be deducted).
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Local carrier delays
- Natural disasters or public holidays
- High-volume shipping periods
Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. However, we will always assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
