Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your package on the carrier's website or through our Order Tracking page.
  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

United States Orders under $800: No import duties
United Kingdom VAT may be collected at checkout or upon delivery
European Union VAT may be collected at checkout or upon delivery (IOSS)
Canada GST/HST may apply on orders over CAD $20
Australia GST may apply on orders over AUD $1,000

💡 Note: For EU and UK customers, applicable taxes (VAT) may be collected at checkout through our IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration. This means no surprise charges at delivery for most orders.


"Delivered" but Package Not Received?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk.
  2. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
  3. Wait 72 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before actual drop-off.
  4. If still not resolved, contact us at hello@dittostyle.com and we'll investigate.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at customs:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • You may choose to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping fees apply) or receive a refund (original shipping cost will be deducted).

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Local carrier delays
  • Natural disasters or public holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods

Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. However, we will always assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
