ditto style ("we," "us," or "our") operates this Site and sells handcrafted 3D relief phone cases. Our Site is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with ditto style — Shopify is not a party to any transaction.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders.
- You may not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, textures, and 3D relief details. However, product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of our items.
- Each 3D relief phone case is individually crafted. Minor variations in color, texture, and detail are natural and not considered defects — they make your case unique.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product designs, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- The price applicable is the price at the time your order is placed, confirmed in your order confirmation email.
- Prices do not include local taxes, duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
- We accept: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL.
- All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
5. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if this occurs.
- Please review your order carefully before submitting. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after submission.
6. Shipping & Delivery

- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, product photos, 3D designs, and software — is the property of ditto style or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
