What phone models do you support?
We currently support the most popular models from Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. Check the product page for specific model compatibility. New models are added regularly — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
Will the 3D relief design wear off over time?
Our cases are made with high-quality materials and durable finishes designed for daily use. With normal handling, the relief design will maintain its texture and color. To maximize longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh chemicals.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since each case is made to order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has likely begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dittostyle.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but our cases come in premium packaging that's ready to gift! Each order ships in a protective box — no additional wrapping needed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $79.9. 🎉
Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

- 🇬🇧 UK / 🇪🇺 EU: VAT may be collected at checkout (no surprise charges at delivery for most orders)
- 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇦🇺 Australia: Local taxes may apply depending on order value
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?
- 🇺🇸 US / UK / Canada / Australia / NZ: 14-day return window
- 🇪🇺 EU: 14-day return window (statutory right)
- Items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging

Can I exchange my case for a different design or model?
Yes! Follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement. Contact us and we'll coordinate to make it as smooth as possible.
What if my case arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

How do I clean my phone case?
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or solvents
- For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water
- Air dry — do not use heat
Is the case protective?
Yes! Our cases provide reliable protection against everyday bumps, scratches, and minor drops. The 3D relief adds an extra layer of shock absorption. However, they are not indestructible — no phone case is!
Are your cases wireless charging compatible?
Our cases are designed to be as slim as possible while accommodating the 3D relief. Some models may be compatible with wireless charging — check the specific product page for details.
