📍 Step-by-Step Tracking

Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email with the subject line: "Your ditto style order has shipped!"

Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@dittostyle.com.

Step 2: Enter Your Tracking Number

Use the tracking tool below to check your order status. Simply enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Tip: Tracking information typically becomes active 24–48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If it shows "no results" right away, don't worry — check back in a day.

Step 3: Track Via Carrier

Order Confirmed Your order has been received and is being prepared
In Production Your 3D relief case is being crafted (3–5 business days)
Quality Check Your case is being inspected for quality
Shipped Your order has left our workshop and is on its way
In Transit Your package is moving through the international shipping network
Out for Delivery Your package is with the local carrier for final delivery
Delivered Your package has been delivered — enjoy! 🎉
Customs Clearance Your package is being processed by customs (normal for international orders)

❓ Common Tracking Questions

Q: My tracking says "pre-shipment" or "label created" — is my order on the way? A: This means we've created your shipping label and your order is being prepared. It will update once the package is picked up by the carrier, usually within 1–2 business days.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in several days. Should I be worried? A: International shipping can have gaps in tracking, especially during customs processing. It's normal for tracking to not update for 3–5 days during transit. If it hasn't updated for more than 10 days, contact us.

Q: My package shows "delivered" but I haven't received it. A: Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk first. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Q: The tracking link says my package was returned to sender. A: This can happen if the address was incorrect, no one was available to receive the package, or customs returned it. Contact us immediately and we'll work with you to resolve it.
